Yes — listing your property on Elegant Haven is completely free. There are no upfront fees or subscription costs. We only earn a small service commission when a confirmed booking is made through our platform, meaning you pay nothing until you earn.
Once you finish submitting your listing, our team reviews it within 48 hours. After approval, your property goes live and is open for bookings immediately.
Absolutely. Elegant Haven supports both short-term holiday rentals and outright sale listings. You can list multiple properties across different categories — simply select the listing type that best matches your property when filling in the form.
Property owners can request damage deposits from guests at the time of booking. If something goes wrong, you can report it directly to our team through our misconduct reporting feature and we will assist in resolving the issue promptly and fairly.
Payments are processed securely through our platform and disbursed to your registered bank account or M-Pesa number after each confirmed stay. You can track all earnings, pending payouts and transaction history from your host dashboard at any time.
Yes — you are always in full control. From your host dashboard you can block out dates, set seasonal pricing, update your nightly rate and adjust your minimum stay requirements at any time.
